Terms of service

1. The service

Trust Creators (the "Service") lists creators whose social accounts are connected through each platform's official login, and sells sponsor slots on that leaderboard. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Creator accounts

To be listed you connect one or more social accounts through Post for Me. We read public post statistics (views and post dates) and your public username and profile photo. We never post, message, or change anything on your accounts.

Follower counts are public figures looked up by your verified username through ScrapeCreators. They may lag the live number by up to 7 days.

You can disconnect any account at any time from the dashboard, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, disconnects all accounts, and deletes snapshots and stored images.

3. Sponsor slots

A sponsor slot is a one-time purchase for a 30-day term. You choose any free slot; each position has its own listed price. Nothing renews automatically.

Logos are reviewed within 24 hours. If a logo is rejected, the payment is refunded in full. After a logo is approved there are no refunds. We may remove a logo that later violates these terms without refund.

During the last 7 days of a term you may buy the same slot for another 30 days. That is a separate one-time payment.

4. Acceptable use

You may not connect accounts you do not control, manipulate metrics, or upload logos that are misleading, infringing, adult, gambling-related, or otherwise unlawful. We may hide profiles or reject logos at our discretion.

5. Liability

The Service is provided as is. Metrics come from third-party platforms and may be incomplete or delayed. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
